Joseph Stabholz has served as an attorney for over 30 years, and specializes in the field of real-estate and trade and commercial law, as well as in civil litigation. Over the years Joseph has served as legal and commercial advisor for developers, contracting companies, andowners and investors who have been involved in some very wide-scope projects. 

Joseph specializes in complex real-estate transactions, commercial agreements and transactions, investment and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions. He advises the firm’s clients in a constant and close manner, starting from the very initial stages to the completion of the transaction. 

In the past Joseph was Israel’s tennis champion as well as the captain of Israel’s tennis David-Cup team for over 11 years, leading the team to amazing success.
