Adv. Eran Stabholz

 

Eran Stabholz represents his clients in a variety of areas, with an emphasis on real-estate, hi-tech, corporate, commercial law and investments. 

Eran did his legal internship with the firm of Fischer, Behar, Chen & Co, in the real-estate department. In 2004 he moved to Sydney, where he studied and completed his Masters degree in Commerce and Accounting. During his stay in Sydney Eran worked in two start-up companies, first as director of business development and then as an advisor. Eran has vast experience in handling real-estate ventures of all types, including complex sales and “combination” transactions, land purchase groups, National Outline Plan (Tama) 38, evacuation and renewal plans and asset management, and has supported construction projects including all aspects relating to taxation and financial support of such projects. 

In the field of commerce, Eran supports companies and businesses in their routine operations, and provides legal advice for complex transactions. Eran has great experience in drawing commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements, founders’ agreements, purchase agreements, investment agreements, commercial agreements in the field of hi-tech, loan and financing agreements and more.
